Duluth Dreamer: 3 bed home w/HUGE Master Suite!

We came to visit our daughter who attends school at Augustana. This place was perfect since it’s so close to campus. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect space for our family to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and having a driveway parking space was nice. We loved the enclosed patio space and fenced in yard with enough room for our dog and kids to run and throw a football around. The downstairs master is very impressive and we all enjoyed PacMan and the Super Nintendo! Highly recommend and will book the Duluth Charmer again!

Great spot to stay, nice and easy, close to anything you would need!

Really enjoyed this property, which is way more spacious than it looks from the outside. Kitchen was great, beds were comfy. Neighborhood looked sketchy, but I was comfortable walking the dog alone at night. Location is very convenient, with Minnesota Ave a block away. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall this property was nice, clean, and well furnished. There could be some updates on things like bedding, furniture, and shower curtains, but all were functional.
